After a decade of supplying fresh pasta to restaurants, caterers, and hotel groups across Toronto, we’ve finally opened our own doors to share our pasta directly with you.

Our flagship location is more than just a shop—it’s a reflection of our community. We partnered with a local designer to bring the space to life, and teamed up with Grayson’s, a neighbourhood bakery known for their small-batch sourdough which we bake fresh in house each day. We’ve also relocated part of our wholesale operation into the space, so you’ll see our pasta being made in real time.

Here, you’ll find the fresh, made-to-order pasta we’ve spent years perfecting, alongside hearty panuozzos that celebrate classic Italian flavours. Our pasta is made in-house, our bread is baked daily, and our premium dry-cured meats are sliced to order.
